Wish I could give this place 6 stars! Everything was absolutely delicious including the Nigiri. Rolls are immaculate filled with so many flavors. Definitely recommend and will be going back soon!

Have ordered a few rolls to go a couple times now and like it enough to return, especially given the convenient location. Owners are friendly too and feels good to support a local, family owned business. That being said, it's not the greatest sushi. Fish is fresh and the flavor profiles seem to work. My main complaint is the sheer size/sloppiness of the rolls. They are difficult to eat and in some cases, pieces fall apart all together. Certainly not the one bite pieces one expects with sushi.

My wife and I came here from Texas and we were blown away by the sushi selection. This was better than any place we’ve been to in Texas. We will definitely be back! The food was delicious!

The specialty sushi rolls are "to-die-for." Yes, some of them may seem a little pricey ($18-22) BUT they're huge and because you end up ordering fewer, the price comes out the same as other sushi restaurants. There are also less expensive rolls than what I mentioned. The sashimi is fresh with large portions. It's a quiet, pleasant atmosphere, (no screaming kids like at some local sushi restaurants). We keep going back. And sometimes we'll try other local sushi restaurants but none are as delicious as Sushi Valley! Highly recommend.

You will not be disappointed. The sushi is incredible here and John, the chef, gets most of his fish from Japan. I recommend the soft shell crab and the sesame salmon roll. Literally anything you get will not only be extremely tasty but it will melt in your mouth.

I have been here more times than I can remember. I’ve been to a lot of places here in Tucson and none of them have better fish than here . Owner is amazing and skilled in what he does this is a locally owned business and I couldn’t be happier with everything him and his family does. I strongly recommend you try it out , a complete jewel for sushi in Tucson.
